Does the device fail to start?

1. Please check whether the charger (or adapter) and data cable function normally.

2. If it is a product with battery, please confirm whether the power of the product is sufficient. It is recommended to start the product with battery after charging for two hours for the first time.

3. Please start the machine according to the instructions. If it cannot be started, please send it back for testing.

Is there no signal display when MiFi is inserted into SIM card?

Insert and unplug the SIM card again. When inserting the SIM card, make sure the SIM card is in the center and switch on and off again.

MiFi shows no response or no display after pressing the button after power-on LOGO?

Please insert the Type-C charger, wait patiently for about 7-15s, and follow the instructions.

Can't MiFi and USB network card 60G connect or search?

Please adjust the distance between the two and keep it within 5 meters, and there is no shelter in the middle.

MiFi and USB network card display normal connection, but no data communication?

1. Ask the user to disconnect the network connection in the network management of the PC and then reconnect, or plug and unplug the USB network card again.

2. Check the driver version of the USB network card and upgrade it to the latest version.

When the USB network card is inserted at the PC end, does the USB network card indicator display abnormally?

Please check whether the USB interface of the PC is a USB3.0 interface and whether the USB interface function is normal.
